Shipping Options & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you need your gear quickly or are looking for the most economical choice. Please note that shipping charges are determined by the delivery location and the weight of the order.   

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is our primary service for orders within the contiguous United States. You can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days for most in-stock items.   

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 to locations within the contiguous U.S..  
  • Flat Rate: For orders under $49, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95.   
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges and are not eligible for free shipping. These orders will require an individual quote.   

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options. These costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the selected delivery speed.   

  • 2-Day Shipping: Delivery within two business days.
  • 3-Day Shipping: Delivery within three business days.

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout, and the exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Oversized Items

Some large or bulky items, such as tents or certain furniture, may require freight shipping. These items typically have longer transit times and may involve a scheduled delivery appointment. If your order includes oversized items, we will contact you with specific delivery details and any applicable additional charges. Standard freight shipping includes curbside delivery. Additional services like lift gate or inside delivery may be available for an extra fee.   

Delivery Times

Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day. Please note that the processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for certain items.   

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.   
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.   

Shipping to Specific Locations

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow for longer delivery times to these locations.   
  • International Shipping: Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact our customer service team.   

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.   

Delivery Issues

We understand that issues can sometimes arise during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please report it to us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photos of the damage.   
  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information. If you still need assistance, contact our customer support team, and we will investigate.   
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.   
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.   

Standard Shipping Practices

  • Curbside Delivery: For larger items shipped via freight, standard delivery is curbside. You will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to your desired location.   
  • Signature Upon Delivery: For some deliveries, a signature may be required. If you are not home, the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
